Twin Creeks Fulton County HOA | Community Reminders & Updates

Keeping our community beautiful, safe, and well-maintained takes all of us. #1 Source Property Management, Managing Agent for Twin Creeks Fulton County HOA, would like to share several important reminders and updates with our homeowners.

🌿 Summer Landscaping Reminder

During routine community inspections, we have noticed an increase in landscaping concerns, including weeds and unmaintained grass, weeds growing through driveway and walkway cracks, and overgrown shrubs, bushes, and trees extending onto sidewalks, driveways, or neighboring properties.

Please take a moment to walk around your property and address any areas that may need attention. Regular maintenance helps preserve the appearance of our neighborhood and protects everyone’s property values.

Homeowners who have an identified violation will receive a formal notice outlining the concern and the timeframe for correction. Continued non-compliance may result in fines or other remedies permitted under the governing documents.

πŸš— No On-Street Parking

Please remember that parking on community streets is not permitted. Vehicles should be parked in your driveway or garage.

🏑 Architectural Requests Are Now Online

Planning a fence, driveway modification, outdoor structure, or another exterior improvement?

Architectural Review requests can now be submitted conveniently through the HOALife Owner’s Portal. Homeowners can access the portal, select Twin Creeks Fulton County HOA, verify their account, and submit architectural requests online.

Remember: Exterior improvements and alterations require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee before work begins. When in doubt, ask before you build, install, or alter.

πŸ“… HOA Dues Reminder

Annual HOA dues are due March 15th each year. Dues notices are primarily sent by email, so please make sure we have your current email address on file. Homeowners can access account information through the Homeowners Portal available from the Twin Creeks community page.
