We are pleased to provide you with a current update on the transition of the Twin Creeks Fulton County HOA portfolio to #1Source Property Management.
As of May 2, 2025, we have officially received the majority of community files from the previous HOA management company. Our team is now in the process of carefully reviewing all ledgers and records to ensure accuracy and transparency. We kindly ask that homeowners allow up to 10 business days for us to complete this process and apply any necessary adjustments to accounts.
In our review, we have found that some of the homeowner contact information provided by the former management is inaccurate or outdated. This has required additional tracing and research, especially for owners who have not yet responded to the letters and emails we’ve sent. We appreciate your patience as we work to correct these issues and ensure that all homeowners are properly informed.
We are also aware of several properties within the neighborhood that are currently in violation due to untidy or ungroomed yards. Please rest assured that we are addressing these concerns in alignment with the community’s standards and enforcement policies.
