This notice is being provided to formally share important information regarding the 2026 annual HOA assessment, the approved 2026 operating budget, and a planned adjustment to dues effective 2027, in accordance with the Twin Creeks Crossing Covenants and the Georgia Property Owners’ Association Act.
Please review the attached document, which contains:
•The approved 2026 Budget Summary
•Confirmation that 2026 annual dues will remain $150, due March 15, 2026
•Notice of the planned increase to $250 beginning in 2027
