✅ Lawn & Yard Care: Grass should be regularly mowed, and landscaping maintained. Overgrown yards and weeds are a top complaint.
🚗 Parking: Avoid parking on grass or sidewalks. No commercial vehicles, trailers, or inoperable vehicles should be stored on the property.
🏡 Exterior Appearance: Keep paint, siding, fences, and windows in good repair.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Bins should be stored out of sight except on collection day. Overflowing trash will result in violations.
📦 Unauthorized Rentals: All leased properties must be registered and approved through a rental permit.
